1. The Discovery: We start with a deep dive into your requirements—medical needs, lifestyle preferences, and the “little things” that matter most.

2. The Search & Filter: We find the available beds in Canterbury and narrow them down to a shortlist that actually fits your criteria. No more endless calling around!

3. Professional Inspections: We visit the facilities for you (or with you). We take videos and photos of the specific rooms and key areas so you get a true “boots on the ground” look, even if you’re living overseas or out of town.

4. The Decision Meeting: We meet (in person or via Zoom) to review the findings, answer your questions, and help your family make a confident choice.

5. Securing the Room: We handle the admission arrangements and logistics to ensure the room is secured and the transition is smooth.

6. Move-In & The First 14 Days: We don’t just “drop and go.” We are there on move-in day to support your loved one. Then, we follow up on Day 1, and every 3–4 days for the first two weeks to fix any “teething issues” and ensure they are settling in beautifully.
